With over 32 years experience in the Commercial Construction Industry, his positions have ranged from Field Superintendent to Estimator and Project Manager for multiple projects. The scope of his projects ranges from 6 figure to 7 figure in stature and have been completed in a timely and judicious manner. With broad knowledge in the construction field, he maintains the ability to oversee all aspects of the company’s operations.

Jeffrey W. Bochesa
Senior Project Manager
Jeffrey has over 35 years experience in the Commercial Construction Industry. His career positions range from Field Superintendent to General Superintendent to Project Manager. During his career his responsibilities encompassed scheduling and supervising over 60 employees along with the responsibilities of overseeing job superintendents. He has managed multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in scope from six figures to multi million dollar projects. His project specialties include: Construction of tenant improvement, hazardous waste, clean rooms, chemical storage, asbestos abatement, industrial projects, design and build projects, computer rooms, restaurants, demolition projects, theme parks and retail space etc.
Skilled in all operations, from management, estimating projects, negotiations of contracts, the purchasing of (materials and / or subcontractors), employee relations, and customer service.

Senior Project Manager
Michael Schroeder has had a career for thirty-five years in the construction industry specializing in both commercial and residential housing. During his career he mastered complexities of multiple building trades. He has maintained positions as Field Superintendent, General Superintendent to Project Manager and Estimator. Ground-up and large tenant improvement projects are a specialty. Michael has produced many projects with numerous national and regional owners on large retail and high tech commercial applications. He has a reputation for quality assurance, maintaining control on all projects. Michael is knowledgeable of all operations from management, estimating projects, negotiating contracts and customer service. He is computer literate with high-level construction industry applications.

Beginning his career in 1986 John has had positions in the construction industry from Project Manager to General Contractor to Owner of a Construction Company. His expertise and specialty is in Construction Consulting. He is known for hands on management skills of commercial and residential projects ranging from residential remodels to multimillion dollar custom homes, hotels, restaurants, casino projects, medical facilities and public buildings

Patrick S. Bong
Patrick Bong has been in positions from Field Superintendent and/or Project Manager for many Tenant Improvement projects in Southern California. Patrick’s goal on each project is to deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations while maintaining a clean, professional job site. His conviction towards client satisfaction is key to developing and maintaining business relationships in today’s economic environment. Patrick demonstrates the ability to complete his projects in a scheduled time frame and within budget.

Josh Davila’s career in commercial construction, new, site and tenant improvement began in southern California during the 80’s working for both general contractors and developers. Since then he has been part of many successful projects by focusing on the needs of the client. Time and cost are two of the most important facets of any project. Josh believes a keen awareness of all project aspects are the key to achieving completion on time and budget.
