Construction Project Manager

Focus: Large projects and/or multiple smaller jobs within Tenant improvement, commercial construction and ground-up construction

Job Duties:

  • Overall accountability for project efficiency, profit, and conflict resolution
  • Actively solicit bidders
  • Estimating
  • Contract negotiations
  • Oversight of the jobsite
  • Regular meetings and communication with the jobsite superintendent

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in commercial construction project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Familiar with creating and editing Adobe PDFs

Construction Superintendent

Focus: Large projects and/or multiple smaller jobs within Tenant improvement, commercial construction and ground-up construction

Job Duties:

  • Management of labor staff
  • Overseeing Subcontractors
  • Ensuring that safety regulations are met
  • Coordinating with city officials
  • Professional communication with clients and main office

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience in Commercial Construction
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)
  • Experience with working for a General Contractor

Laborer

Focus: Tenant improvement, commercial construction and ground-up construction

Job Duties:

  • Help keep the job site clean
  • Support job site superintendents

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to take direction
  • Flexible schedule

*This job may require traveling between multiple job sites, mostly in the Orange County and LA area.

Assistant Construction Superintendent

Job Duties:

  • Help Superintendents with large projects or run small projects by themselves
  • Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
  • Assist with overseeing Subcontractors
  • Coordinating with city officials

  • Perform other duties as assigned or as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Construction
