Construction Project Manager
Focus: Large projects and/or multiple smaller jobs within Tenant improvement, commercial construction and ground-up construction
Job Duties:
- Overall accountability for project efficiency, profit, and conflict resolution
- Actively solicit bidders
- Estimating
- Contract negotiations
- Oversight of the jobsite
- Regular meetings and communication with the jobsite superintendent
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in commercial construction project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiar with creating and editing Adobe PDFs

Construction Superintendent
Focus: Large projects and/or multiple smaller jobs within Tenant improvement, commercial construction and ground-up construction
Job Duties:
- Management of labor staff
- Overseeing Subcontractors
- Ensuring that safety regulations are met
- Coordinating with city officials
- Professional communication with clients and main office
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Superintendent experience
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Experience with working for a General Contractor

Laborer

Job Duties:
- Help keep the job site clean
- Support job site superintendents
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Must be able to take direction
- Flexible schedule

Assistant Construction Superintendent
