CDI was founded in 1985 by Todd W. Layman, who serves as our president and guiding light overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. A respected California licensed general contractor, Todd has built a reputation for construction success with on-time, on-budget delivery of projects ranging from ground-up construction to capital improvements.
With more than 35 years of experience, Todd has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry. He has overseen successful projects in tenant improvement and creative office space as well as ground-up and new construction projects for nationally known companies including large financial institutions.
Todd takes pride in CDI’s record of successful projects. Over the past 35 years, under his direction, CDI has built a reputation for success and has maintained many client relationships for decades.
